4 cups of drained yoghurt
2 cucumbers , grated and drained
2 cloves of garlic chopped
2 teaspoons ground mint dry
2 tablespoons fresh mint chopped
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
1 teaspoon of sea salt
Fresh mint for garnish

TALATOURI Directions

  1. Put the yoghurt and the cucumber in the bowl.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix them together.
  3. Put the Talatouri in a bowl, garnish with a mint sauce or fresh and serve.
  4. Garnish with cucumbers cut into thin slices and with fresh / dry mint.
