1 garlic
120 gr bacon in pieces
Olive Oil
400 gr pork ribs in pieces
Salt
100 gr grated tomato
Food colouring
1 3/4 water
Sweet paprika
400 gr rice
200 gr. Potato
4 units blood sausage
Sliced tomato (1 per person) 80 g
Chickpeas

Arroz al horno Directions

  1. Fry the potatoes (1-2 cm).                                                                                                          
  2. Fry the garlic and remove it.                                                                                                                       
  3. Fry the pork ribs, then the bacon until golden.                                  
  4. Add sweet paprika, food colouring, tomato and fry.                                                                       
  5. Wet and reduce 1/3 of the water cooking 1h minimum. Season it.                           
  6. Add rice, chickpeas, garlic and cook 8 min.                                                                                           
  7. Decorate with potatoes and blood sausage.                                                                                       
  8. Put in the hoven: 200ºC, 8 min.
